Seeking Local NYC Musical Talent !

Are you a local NYC singer/musician or group looking for exposure?  Do you have talent, charisma, and a great look to match?  We just may have the gig for you!  Euro-Asian fused boutique Callalilai is looking to start a summer program aimed to promoting local music while entertaining our fabulous Calla-ladies!
We’re looking to kick-off the program the first Wednesday in May (May 4th).  The gig includes a 2-3 hour set (5:30-8) in our Nolita store, located on Spring Street.  The music we are looking to promote can range anywhere between world music, light jazz and New-Orleans “big band” sounds.  Free wine will be provided along with the opportunity to network and mingle with some of our amazing customers and locals.
There is no pay involved, but the exposure you’ll be receiving is priceless.  In addition to this we will promote and post your performance on the Callalilai website, blog, facebook and twitter.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in please send us the following: a snippit of your work, a link to your youtube, myspace music page or personal website along with any other information you would like to include.  We will contact you if we’re interested!
Thanks in advance!

ABOUT CALLALILAI:
French.  Boho-chic.   Feminine.   Romantic.  Organic.  Japanese inspired.
A Japanese brand with French influences stemmed from a friendship that began twenty years ago. In their usual cafe, they spoke for many hours; their venture was to create a new, vibrant fashion brand and to share that brand with the rest of the world. All of their inspirations and experiences stem from their exotic travels around the world. Fantasy, expression, and the sensation of being transported somewhere else: these are the concepts Callalilai would bring to America with the label Aoyama Itchome.
AOYAMA ITCHOME may be a name for a bustling train station in Japan, but it is also a name synonymous for a collection of whimsical, cheery dresses with bold prints and understated detail.    Upon relocating from Japan to France, Hogo Natsuwa— designer of Ayoama Itchome—launched his first AOYAMA ITCHOME collection in 2001.
